Remove the axle-to-frame pivot bracket bolt and nut.
Installation

Position the opposite end of the axle to the radius arm. Install the attaching bolt from underneath through the bracket, radius arm and axle.
Install the spring lower seat and front spring insulator (5414) on the radius arm so hole in the seat indexes over the arm-to-axle bolt and the pin on the spring seat engages the slot in the radius arm.
Install the front spring. Refer to Spring, Coil, in the Removal and Installation portion of this section.
Install the front wheel spindle.
If so equipped, install front stabilizer bar.
Lower the vehicle. With the weight on the suspension, tighten the axle-to-frame pivot bolt to 163-203 Nm (120-150 lb-ft).
