REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

Radio Speakers, Rear, F-150, F-250, F-350, F-Super Duty

Removal

  1. NOTE: For SuperCab vehicles, the speaker trim cover must be removed to gain access to the four speaker screws.

    Remove four speaker screws and body side trim panel grille (Regular Cab and Crew Cab vehicles).

  1. Remove the radio speaker (18808) and radio speaker grille (18978), and disconnect the wiring connector at the rear of the radio speaker.

 

Installation

  1. Connect the wiring connector at the rear of the radio speaker. Install the radio speaker and radio speaker grille.

  1. Install the four speaker screws and body side trim panel grille (regulator cab and crew cab vehicles).

  1. Tighten the speaker screws to 2.0-2.5 Nm (17-22 lb-in).
