DESCRIPTION AND OPERATION

A/C Condenser Core

The A/C condenser core (19712) is located in front of radiator. The A/C condenser core receives compressed (therefore heated) refrigerant gas from the A/C compressor (19703).

As the hot refrigerant gas flows through the A/C condenser core, it is cooled by air passing over the fins. The cooled, compressed refrigerant gas condenses to liquid refrigerant that flows directly to the A/C evaporator core (19860) through the A/C evaporator core orifice (19D990) in the inlet.
