Push-Button Control Switch
There are two control buttons located on the upper right corner of the instrument panel for fingertip shift control. The two buttons are mounted horizontally and are identified as "4x4" and "LOW RANGE." Two indicator bar lamps are located in the instrument cluster.
Park/Neutral Position Switch (PNP)/Transmission Range Selector Switch (TRS)
Vehicles equipped with automatic transmissions (7003) use either a park/neutral position switch or a transmission range selector switch which is located on the left side of the transmission. Its purpose when dealing with electronic shift transfer cases (7A195) is to allow range shifting only when the transmission is in the NEUTRAL position.
