Brake Master Cylinder, Dual

Hydraulic brakes are standard equipment on all vehicles.

Hydraulic rear drum brakes on all Bronco, F-150, F-250, F-350 vehicles use automatic rear brake shoe adjusters. Hydraulic disc brakes are used on all front brake systems and on F-Super Duty rear brakes.

The brake master cylinder (2140) contains a double hydraulic cylinder with a transparent plastic brake master cylinder reservoir, fluid level indicator switch, and primary and secondary hydraulic pistons.
