Inspection and Verification

Inspect differential case (4204) for indications of excessive wear which could be signs of improper installation, driveline out of adjustment, or worn or damaged axle components. Refer to appropriate Group 05 section. Verify that lubricant is not contaminated or of too high a viscosity. Refer to Lubrication Specifications in the Specifications portion of this section. Verify that tire pressures are up to specification.
