CAUTION: Do not use a screwdriver or similar tool to pry off the terminal cover. Battery voltage is present at the terminals.
Disconnect ground cables at batteries.

Removal
CAUTION: Do not use a screwdriver or similar tool to pry off the terminal cover. Battery voltage is present at the terminals.
Disconnect ground cables at batteries.
Remove glow plug relay plastic terminal cover.
Disconnect battery terminal connector (12-V power wire), glow plug relay connector and harness connector.
Remove mounting screws and lift glow plug relay (12A343) from engine (6007). Inspect the plastic base and relay housing for cracks. Replace, if damaged.
Installation
Follow removal procedures in reverse order.
