The valve train consists of:
Camshaft motion is transmitted through the valve train to the engine valves. The hydraulic valve tappets automatically adjust valve lash for silent operation. The push rods are made of tubes with welded-on, hardened steel ends drilled for oil passage. Each rocker arm is individually mounted with a fulcrum bolt. Each rocker arm pivots on its fulcrum. Each rocker arm fulcrum guide serves two rocker arms.
