Induction System

The air induction system for this system consists of:

• A two-piece aluminum intake manifold (9424) with runners tuned to optimize engine torque and power output.
• A throttle body (9E926) which controls engine airflow with two throttle plates and an idle air control valve (IAC valve) (9F715).
• Six fuel injectors are mounted in the intake manifold so they spray fuel into the intake valve port.
