Removal
Disconnect the ground cables from both batteries.
Remove the fan shroud attaching screws and lift the fan shroud (8146) back and drape it onto the fan blade (8600).
Remove the fan and clutch assembly using Fan Clutch Pulley Holder T83T-6312-A and Fan Clutch Nut Wrench T83T-6312-B.
Raise vehicle.
For the right mount, disconnect the wiring to the starter and remove the starter motor.
Remove the nuts attaching the engine mount insulators to the front engine support brackets (6029).
Raise the engine and support it using a wood block and a jack placed under the oil pan.
Remove the engine mount insulator to engine bolts, and the bolts securing the front engine supports to the frame crossmember.
Remove the engine front supports and front support bracket together.
Installation
Install the engine front supports and front support brackets together.
Install the engine mount insulator to engine bolts, and the bolts securing the front engine supports to the frame crossmember. Tighten to specifications.
Lower the engine onto the mounts and install the nuts attaching the engine mounts to the front engine support brackets. Tighten to specifications.
If the right mount was removed, install the starter motor and connect the starter motor wiring.
Lower the vehicle.
Install the fan and clutch assembly using Fan Clutch Pulley Holder T83T-6312-A and Fan Clutch Nut Wrench T83T-6312-B. Tighten nut to 54-163 Nm (40-120 lb-ft).
Install the fan shroud and tighten the attaching screws to specifications.
Connect the ground cables to both batteries.
